We tailor the cooperation model to the size of the organisation. For a single project, we take over the entire procedure: preparing the SWZ and description of the subject matter of the contract, publishing the notice, handling correspondence with contractors, and managing the examination and evaluation of bids through to the conclusion of the contract. Under ongoing cooperation, we are available on a day-to-day basis — from questions about the appropriate procurement procedure to decisions on requesting explanations.

A separate area involves procurements financed from national and EU grants. Project settlement verifies not only the outcome but also the correctness of the procedure, and a detected breach may result in a financial correction charged to the organisation’s budget. That is why we prepare documentation with subsequent audits in mind, rather than focusing solely on the bid opening deadline.
